What time does a new chapter come out?
In Japan: at midnight on the magazine's release day. Shonen Jump+ has put each recent issue on its bookshelf at 00:00 JST.
When the Monday is a public holiday, the app can still be first. Chapter 1195's issue went on sale in print on Tuesday 13 October, after a holiday Monday. It was on Shonen Jump+ from 00:00 on Monday 12 October.
In English: Shueisha's MANGA Plus and VIZ's Shonen Jump app usually publish the official translation at the same time as Japan.

So a week with no note means a chapter is planned for the next issue.
Will there be a break after 1198?
Nobody knows yet. The answer will be on 1198's last page, and we'll add it here the same night.
What the table shows, and what it doesn't:
- Before the issue 45 break, ONE PIECE ran at least three chapters in a row (1192–1194).
- Before the issue 48 break, it ran two (1195 and 1196).
- So a break after 1198 is possible, but there is no fixed rhythm to count on, and the magazine hasn't said anything.
The year-end double issue. Weekly Shonen Jump usually puts out a combined issue around New Year, which leaves a week with no new magazine. We'll add the dates when they are printed.
Where the story is now
Chapter 1197 is Sanji against the God's Knight Killingham from start to finish. Killingham's healing slows, his helmet shatters, and the chapter ends on Sanji's line to Zoro: be Luffy's sword, I'll be his shield.
Not answered yet:
- Is it Conqueror's Haki? Killingham suspects it. Sanji calls it Armament.
- Is Killingham beaten? The chapter ends on the kick.
- Zoro vs Sommers. No result since chapter 1195.
