As of HUNTER×HUNTER chapter 420, three Kakin princes are confirmed dead, ten are physically alive, and Halkenburg is a special case. Every prince's status, checked against the chapters — including the deaths that weren't.

420 ends with Tserriednich weighing two visible moves and hiding a third. Zoom out to the Black Whale's own map and a pattern appears: the last two ten-chapter batches moved in opposite directions, toward the same wall.
Chapter 419 pins Tserriednich's ability at a 36 m radius and confirms the rule that decides the matchup: while the illusion holds, he cannot touch anybody. Hisoka is the worst possible opponent on which to test that.
Chapter 419 ends with the fourth prince walking onto the casino floor. The last time the manga showed us where Hisoka was, he was in that casino — fourteen chapters ago.
No.420「遭遇」puts the ability against a Nen user for the first time. It gives Tserriednich a charge limit he estimates at 23:1, an activation speed he does not have, and a reason to run.
