Yes — Zoro has Conqueror's Haki, and Gaban says so outright in chapter 1152. What he does not have yet is control: in chapter 1194 Sommers identifies one of his attacks as carrying it, and afterwards Zoro cannot reproduce it. Every chapter on the record, with what each one actually shows.
