Yes — Zoro has Conqueror's Haki, and Gaban says so outright in chapter 1152. What he does not have yet is control: in chapter 1194 Sommers identifies one of his attacks as carrying it, and afterwards Zoro cannot reproduce it. Every chapter on the record, with what each one actually shows.
In a chapter 1194 flashback, Mihawk tells Zoro that Conqueror's Haki cannot be gained by training and that it is "oneself". Here is exactly what he says, how it sits beside Rayleigh's and Gaban's statements, and what it does not settle.
In ONE PIECE 1194, Sommers says Zoro's earlier strike reached his heart without Conqueror's Haki. Zoro then lands one strike Sommers calls coated — it hits a ship, not Sommers — and cannot get it back.
